on the y axis we have the refractive index and on x axis percent methanol. So for refractive index 1.3382, the corresponding percent dissociation is 26%. To find out, draw a straight line parallel to x axis from 1.3382 on y axus till it cut the curve. then draw a straight line from this point parallel to y axis and see where it cuta the x axis. It will cut around 26%. So thats the correct answer.
