The Stock we have is a Concentrated one and we need to take care of every drop of it because a 1mL of mishandling can lead to change in he concentration.

So, Obviously we sould go for Volumetric Pipet for Preparing the solution of required concentration from the stock.

For making a solution we use Voluemetric flask beause it turns out much easy to make up the volume.

For making a solution of Particular volume we first put some water in Voluemetric flask and mix the Stock in it and shake it properly to dilute the stock uniformly and then we make up the Volume.
