Here just Question 2 is posted so I am answering that.

From the table given in the problem, we can see, normal boiling point of diethylether is -116.3oC. Also, the normal melting point is given as 34.6oC. Now, the meaning of 'normal' is nothing but 1 atm pressure.

So, we can say, below -116.3oC, it will be a solid, In between -116.3oC to 34.6oC it will be a liquid and above 34.6oC it will be gas when the pressure is 1 atm. Now, as the temperature given is 25oC, which is in between  -116.3oC to 34.6oC, so, it will be a liquid.

So, the correct option will be 'Liquid'.
