The option d is correct. Competitive inhibition is also occurring at allosteric position (the sites other than active sites). Therefore, such regulation as from the question may have competitive inhibition patterns. Like gamma-aminobutyric acid regulation and hemoglobin regulation, the positive and negative sites are different each other and from the active sites of the protein too. That is allosteric regulation. The allosteric enzymes have two types Homotropic and heterotropic. Homotropic allosteric enzymes are known for multi subunit enzymes.
