The difficulties for managing the one child policy are associating largely with Traditional Factors. The people like Confucianism supported that many children bring many happiness. Farmers needed more children for work on the field. Moreover, according to the culture of China that also persists in modern days that sons live with parents and daughters leave to live with their husbands, the people require having more sons. That also brings difficulties in introducing and regulating the law.

It is good to have policy like one child policy but the enforcement of the law is not good. We can argue people and teach them the beneficiaries of controlling population. The most important fact that can improve such awareness is the education. First, the country that wants to apply such rule, educate people, and bring nationalism and patriotism in them. Secondary, it is not the way of controlling any situation. People are not government’s savages. They can live freely in the independent country. Therefore, now when China requests to have more than one child is looking good rather than the enforcement of law for two-child policy.
