8. This is exothermic reaction, and number of moles is less in product compare to reactants. So,

a. As it is exothermic reaction,so decrease of temperature favour forward reaction. So more product will be formed.

b. Addition of CO(g) would increase the product. From le chatelier principle, if any reagant is added in an equilibrium reaction,then equilibrium is shifted in such a way that decreases excess concentration of that reagent.

c. Volume decrease causes more forward reaction in that case, to decrease number of moles. So more product will be formed.

d. Catalyst not altered equilibrium, it increases the rate of reaction.

e. If some methanol is removed from the vessel,then according le chatelier principle, more product wil be formed to maintain the equilibrium.
