Lets consider the halogen group first :

As we go down the group the size between the atoms H and halogen increase resulting in instability of the bond and it is easily broken into H+ and X-. So HI can generate H+ very easily.

So the order becomes : HCl< HBr< HI

Now, consider H2S : generates an unstable conjugate base- HS- upon dissolution, hence it is cosidered to be weakly acidic.

Overall order becomes : H2S < HCl < HBr < HI
