DATA: PART A 1. Enter data for the buffer from the experiment, and obtain information on the other buffers from the class. Specify which group the data is from. 1.) Yes, the buffer did it's job in the case of DI-H2O while the Buffers' remained unaffected of the same. Hence, the difference can be clearly seen in the same case.
2.) All the buffers were already occupied with high amount of reactants. With the addition of strong acid, the equilbrium still doesn't shift much in forward direction. The 0.01 difference can be seen due to addition of the amount of strong acid ( 10,20,30 mL).
3.) All the buffers were already occupied with high amount of reactants. With the addition of strong base, the equilbrium still doesn't shift much in forward direction. Although buffer 2 and 3 doesn't get affected much but the buffer 1 reacts strongly with NaOH shifting equilbrium much higher in forward direction.
