6. Micelles are the aggregates of the surfactants molecules which generally use to consist hydrophobic and hydrophilic end in it. The hydrophilic end is polar in nature while hydrophobic end called tail of the surfactant is nonpolar in nature. The formation of the micelles used to happen at a critical concentration of the surfactant molecules. The nonpolar tail is able to dissolve the oily and greasy particle and brings in the aqueous polar side and because of this process to form an aggregate which works for the removal of the oil and grease from the surface of the cloths.

7. The carboxylic acid solution will be more soluble in the acidic medium because the favourable pH conditions which enhance the dissociation tendency of the acid that results in the form of a greater solubility.

8. Out of amines and amide molecules, the polarity of the amide molecules will be much in comparison with the amine. It is because of the availability of the O atom which is much electronegative N atom. Because of greater electronegativity, it will give more dipole moment for amide molecules hence it will be more polar in the case of amides.
