Rate = k ( H)^2 * (NH3)

If the rate of reaction is halved then it will become 1/4

So rate = 1/4 * ( 4.0*10^5) = 1.0*10^5

B. R = k (H2)^2*(NH3)

0.370 = k (0.21)^2*(0.7)
