Let the fundamental mode frequency be F
Since the bugle don;t have keys, hence it will be only playing the next higher mode which will be 2F
So assuming that the 2F frequency is fundamental frequency, hence other notes which it can play will be with 4F, 6F,8F and so on
it can play C4,,C6,C8,...
b) Since it can only play even frequency modes, hence 3F,5F,7F i.e. C3,C5,C7 can't be played
