Explanation / Answer
1.I recently went to attend an interview were group discussion round was conducted with 21members in a team. I was one among them.
a.The physical consisted of people talking both positively as well as negatively. The people said points that were both acceptable as well as unacceptable. Some stood around the topic while some people said points away from the topic.
b. The purpose of the experience is mainly gaining confidence in a public meeting in order to speak with confidence. Group discussions also give many meaning full ideas about how to speak in a general environment.
2.As discussed previously the group consisted of people with different ideas. The topic given played the main role in the discussion as we could not talk anything else rather than these kind of topics in an interview selection!
Not only in place of a gd,in all places a common manase must be followed by everyone. We should be aware of what should be spoken at which place at what time.
