Answer- the challenges of an project manager are following
- work with a team - project manager have work as team he have to bind all member together proper communicate each other, recommand them training, SWOT analysis of each member than give them work according to that
- impossible deadlines or shifting deadlines - he knows how to meet the impossible deadline he always boost the morals of member yes you can do this and you have to do it anyhow.
- effective communication with the members- listen the idea of individual and know their view on their role in projects how he can contribute more in this project. listen their ideas
- lack of accountibility- he should clearly define the responsibilities and duties of each member in project. and also define their power of decision making
- budget and resource evaluation management
- team selection for the project- each member of team should be qualified and well skilled. their skilled should be tested on regular basis.
- Monitoring and control in projects
and I personally think that Meeting unexpected deadline and budget resource evaluation management is most difficult task for a project manager because our client can expect delivery of our products any time in such condition project manager to boost each member to work achieve their goal as faster as they can. budget of project is also important factor project manager have to manage the project even in small funds. he should how to run project in small funding and provide best service to our clients
