I was given an incomplete grade in design of concrete class because Ididn't submit the all assignments the professor has requested to submit on the final exam day , two days after he submitted my grade on the college website I went to see him and gave him all assignments that he requested and he told me that he would change my grade from an incomplete to An A grade on the fall semester. However , because I'm an international student who has scholarship I must change my grade immediately in order to have funds from my academic, government sponsored scholarship released. The providers of my academic scholarship have informed me that the changing of my grade is the only thing preventing me from being able to continue school this summer ( no fall and summer classes until this is fixed) I want to write my professor an email and explain this issue and ask him politely to change my grade .
