Since I- has higher oxidation poential (-0.54V) than water (-0.82V) . Hence I- will get oxidised.
(B) The species that may get reduced = Li+ and H2O. Since reduction potential of Li+ is lower (-0.3V) is lower than H2O hence H2O will undergo reduction.
