Sedimentary Rocks
Sedimentary rocks are secondary formed materials since they are made up from the buildup of weathered and eroded pre-existing rocks,these particles are called sediment.radually,the sediment accumulates in layers and over a long period of time hardens into rock,some may accumulate under water and others on the lower areas of the land.
These materials eventually harden, they produce sedimentary rocks,sedimentary rock is fairly soft and may break apart or crumble easily.
Metamorphic Rocks
Metamorphic rocks are formed under the surface of the earth from the metamorphosis that occurs due to intense heat and pressure.
