in our society or offices, we can easily understand that some people have a doubt on the ability of women in the comparision of men, they thought capacity and efficiency of men is greater than women. this theory of these type of peoples is baseless because even in the survey of many agencies proved that women are more efficient than men . but this is another aspect. we will talk on this topic logically and practically. we having a constitution which is the base and ideal of the country. constitutions contains some fundamental right, one of them right is the right of equality which also says that "there shall be no discrimination against any citizen on the grounds of religion, sex, race, cast, place of birth or any of them." so In order to improve equal pay for equal work for women is follow the right of equality. because women are also a citizen of same country with the men. and its a discrimination of women and against the law and also against the constitution if someone against the policy of   equal pay for equal work for women.
