My state is ANDHRA PRADESH.
Unemployment rate in my state has declined oveer by 4% in the last 4 years which on a whole helped in reducing the Unemployment rate of whole country.
7.32 % of the labour force, in the year 1999-2000, was unemployed. In
absolute terms the number of unemployed stood at 26.58 million.
Among the employed, the proportion of poor is as high as in the
population at large, suggesting a large proportion of workers engaged in
subsistence employment.
Only about 8 % of the total employment is in organized sector. More than
90 % are engaged in informal sector activities, which is, largely outside
the reach of any social security benefits .
Due to this Unemployment rate there will be great problem in choosing a particular person for a job.
Mainly this Unemployment rate is due to people irrelevantly studying courses without knowing the use of studying it.
We have sectors of Industries based on main courses which all of the graduates can do work in there.So only a few well talented people can go there and the rest will be unemployed for sure.
Economic growth will decrease if theUnemployment rate in a state increases.Which results in major problems
