1) For gathering the information we have to know that about whom we want to gathere information i.e the need to indroduce the particular service/medicine. For this we can use our data of services like if we want to provide Ambulance service or more beds or other transplant services firsr we have to know its demand. If the service are in demand it may be viable.
2) For doing marketing we first considere the cost factor i.e less cost and more marketing . For this we can use many thing like Social media ; advertising in newspaper and placing the posters at many places but posters should be according to determined method like we can use allocation methods of operation research.
