Having international laws in terms of environmental issues is mostly symbolic, although there are some repercussions nations can enact on one another if they violate one of these international agreements. A good example is in international trade, where embargos and fees can be assessed to one nation if it violates a promise it made to another. We have no enforceable international court of law, and basically all nations that agree to these environmental policies do so knowing that they still hold the right to drop out since they cannot be held to bear. I think that organizations like the UN's CSD is a step in the right direction though. We are getting closer and closer to a global society and these groups are building a foundation of trust and cooperation that will get us there faster. Although environmental policies may not be followed from these meetings, a nation not part of the team may be looked at as an outsider and unreasonable. This pressure to be part of the team may be enough for a nation to consider environmental protection and sustainability, even if it's just to be part of the international community.

In the world, there are many communities which run different organization and trading center globally. but their basic focus is not on to only one direction or situations or terms. they have wide order of thinking related to these data and concept. if suppose we take the condition of reliability of different communities and how much they focused on the environmental situation that the conclusion which we derived from that is just their own profit and not the problems of environment. they just get violeted only when the things are not happened in terms of their choices.

The global trading center and global market get rising in a rapid way. different nations invest their money in different nations for their self profit. if suppose a developed nation put an industry in another less developed nation then they may termed it as they just help the other nation economically. but being a more strong nation, they just want profit and they don't bother about the environmental hazard that will take place gradually. infact they think that the environmental hazard which take in the invested nation is their problem and they are not responsible for that. but when the invested nation stop the agreement then violation takes place and lead to international marketing strikes and rise and fall in share trading.

So by concluding my point of opinion, i would like to say that they are more concerned to their self orientation and the rest world is like a place which they mould like a plastic in the desired shapes which they prefers. we have to aware for these and help a nation which is not developed properly as being an educated citizen and stop such inhuman activities and save the environment.
