Explanation / Answer

women's fertility rate refers the number of child born by a women in a lifetime. these graphs represents the womnen's fertility rate according to the women's empowernment and average age at the first marriage in different countries. which shows a lot of variation.

as first graph of women's empowernment vs fertility rate tells us that fertility rate decreases with the women's education in almost all countries. fertility rate of illiterate women is larger than the primary educated and secondary educated women.

fertility rate of uneducated women> fertility rate of primary educated women> fertility rate of secondary educated women.

we can take example of one country fom the graph as well. we ca easily see that in the Niger (1998) average  fertility rate of illiterate women is 7.8 and average  fertility rate of primary educated women 6.7 andaverage  fertility rate of secondary educated women is 4.6. it means educated women are more concern about the fertility rate. thets why education is the important factor to overcome the population problem.

in other graph which represents average age at first marriage vs average fertility rate. tells us that fertility rate decreases with the age at the first marriage. simply we can say that if a girl got married in the teen age , she will be not concern abbout the fertility rate and dont know about its consequences. we can take a example as well, in Niger average age at first marriage of a girl is 15.6 and fertility rate of Niger is 7.1 while in United States average age at first marriage of a girl is 25.1 and fertility rate of United States is 2.1 . much less than Niger. so we can say that age is also a important factor to control fertility rate of the world.
