The american revolution start from 1763-1783, in between these time both the northern and southern phase of the war occurred. northern phase(1775-1777) war between british and washington and this continues upto eighteen month after washington create a big army and evacuate the british army in boston. Southern phase(1778-1781) occurs fter the victory at saratoga in 1777 and treaty with french in 1778 totally change the war and makes british to evcuate in all places. but also they use new strategy to make the war successful in some places, the fighting in south under the leadership of general nathannel greene and daniel morgan, turned towards guerilla and hit and run warfare but their strategy in southern phase is failure and makes the washington to win in the battle.
