2.)the modern landfill system collect the waste as it has an ability to collect the methane gas that is evolved from the landfilling and this methane is collected by placing some pipes above the solid waste layer and by this means the methane is collected and the it is used again to burn the waste or can sell as a source of energy.and the trash ends in landfills also can be recycled and can be reused in many ways.
