Easy access to its site....Any site has to be easy approchable. Therefore, the company has to see that it creates easy accessibility to its cutomers and they can search and access whatever they want easily.
Mobile friendly...These days everything should be accessible on smartphones then only customers are attracted towards it. Thus the site should be such that it is easily accessible on the mobile phones. The Apps should be correctly created and downloaded on to the mobiles easily and the customers should find it very approchable.
Trust....The site should create a trust among its users and customers. Whenever the site is talked about, its customers should be able to relate to it and they should have a trust on it.
Clear Steps...The steps should b very clear in any ecommerce sites. It should not be complicated and the customers should not find it difficult to access and it should not be repeated then the customers will find it boring and they will stop using the same.

1. Vulnerablities..... The limitations of vulnerabilities of the site which is used can be known to the attackers before hand therefore, it a threat to the ecommerce.
2. Phishing attacks...These attacks are very common these days. Links or emails are sent and if the user clicks on them it becomes threat to it.
3. Viruses.....Malicious softwares and viruses are very big threats. They tend to spoil the entire site.
4. Poor management... Once the ecommerce site is made then if it is not properly managed then also it becomes a threat. It has to be regularly managed and cleaned.
5. Frauds.......These sites are prone to frauds both from external and internal sources. It can be hacked too due to this. Examples are credit card fraud etc.
