Right now, the federal government has ensured the equality of the aged, disabled, and sexuality for jobs by the introduction of FEPA. They also enforced the idea of the problem of sexuality not being an actual problem for the Constitution. Modern medicine could assist the elderly to assume tasks for younger, more healthier individuals. But according to how modern people act, any kind of act that would affect the way a person would negatively view an individual would hinder or reverse the progress even further than it has now. If the federal government were to accelerate any law that stops any kind of discrimination, the provocative individuals would revolt. If the government were to repeal any laws that prevent discrimination, like following the idea of another country which made certain actions legal and that eventually exponentially reduced the reports of that action happening, discrimination would slowly crawl back and reverse progress either way. So in my opinion, there is not much that the government can do to provide more equality to the aged, disabled, and the and lesbian.

I completely agree with this passage because in present situation we can see many types of discriminations like Gender and age discriminations in workplace. And to overcome these discrimination FEPA(Fair Employment Practices Agency) introduced set of discrimination laws which is protecting many people in the United States by covering almost everything from age to gender to disability.

At state level one can approach FEPA to file discrimination charges and in my opinion THE LAWS DO EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAY. But before the introduction of FEPA the federal government used to govern equal employment opportunity. But after FEPA came into existence the state and local laws implemented are even applied to small employees. Even in the coming years these type of organisations are very essential and they should work in order to ensure equality at work.
