Question

Thanks for help In thinking about the effects of state/local fiscal policy on economic development, attention is usually focused on what government can do to attract economic activity. Some communities, however, actually discourage or prohibit new industrial or commercial investment. What are the gains to the community from new business investment? What are the costs or problems to a community from a new shopping center for example? What about a new manufacturing plant? When would a community discourage these types of activities?

Explanation / Answer

Community discourages this type of activities by the government when actually government shows the cost of any project and what we found is they have data corruption that means they have taken money from us for our services and they are using for there personal uses in that case they used to discourage the government activities no talking about a manufacturing of new plant here also the same thing about the corruption about the job what they actually want is to whatever government is doing it should be transparent input the eyes there should be transparency between them and everything should be done on favour of the public it's not like they got benefited of doing anything because because this is not their money this money belongs to the public what they have taken in terms of taxes.
