Answer- If i was charge to plan for US Energy policy. I will make such plan the use implementation of alternative and newable source of energy that is ecofriendly in nature. and dont cause any environmental degradation. Nowdays in US large amount of petroleum fuel and coal fuel. these energy resources are nonrenewable in nature. In source are limited and their sources or reserves are depleting very rapidly due overexploitation and overconsumption of resources. and also by burning of these fuel harmful green house gases that are highly toxic in nature and cause environmental pollution and degrading our atmosphere. So i will go through green energy. and implement the alternative sources of energy like Hydropower, Solar power, wind power, and Ocean thermal energy conversion (OTEC). In the transportation sector, instead uses of petroleum and diseal automobiles, all the motor vehicle will be run by electric power, and Compressed Natural gases (CNG). these fuel are ecofriendly in nature and dont cause any environmental pollution. various scientic method will be apply for degradation of harmful toxic material and heavy metal present in atmoshpere. and various scientic techiniques for treatment for the surface and groundwater.
Strict environmental laws should be applied and there should be provision of penalty on degradaing environment and emission of harmful heavy metal various industries like textile, chemical and paint and fertilizer industries and also emission from domestic products.
