Explanation / Answer

We know , 1 trillion = 1000 billion.

Or , 5.7 trillion = 570 billion.

Now , National Income = wages + salaries + fringe benefits+ interest + rent + profits + indirect business taxes = $6750 billion.

6.1 trillion = 6.1 × 1000 billion = 7000 billion .

Therefore National Income or GNP = wages + salaries + fringe benefits + interest + profits +depreciation + rent + indirect taxes =$7950 billion.

NNP = GNP - depreciation = $ 7950 - $ 550 = $ 7400 billion.

GDP will be same as national income . Because there is no factor income payed abroad and received from aboroad. That is (X-M) = 0

Hence GDP = $7950 billion.
