Increase in minimum wage will rise the minimum wage which the employees are getting and this will encourage the existing employees/single mothers and the single mothers who are not yet working as they find it attractive to work for a higher wage
increase in workflexiility will encourage single mothers to go to work as they can have the flexibility to adjust their work timings according to their requirement and opt for working and earning as well as taking care of their kids.
Hence both the factors combined together will reduce poverty in single mothers.
