ans 1= Techniques that Jobs uses to develop a connect with the audience-

In speech writing, there is a Rule of 3. The idea behind this rule is that persons understand most things in 3 sections.

Jobs used this rule in his presentations to make them more effective for the audience. It is essential to note that if the number is greater than 3, it will be more difficult to remember by the audience. However if it is less than 3 it will be too few & will be less attractive for the audience. So he used 3 pieces of info in his presentation.

A good slide normally isn’t a complicated one. It must be simple & effectual. A slide must aid the audience in capturing the ideas of the presenter fast.

In each presentation, Jobs always utilized simple slides. At times it only contained an image (without any words). And at times there was only a number in a large font on the slide.

By choosing the right image, he was able to motivate his audience & aid them to envision the point he was communicating about.

When presenting numbers, he did not want it to appear as a complicated figure to the audience.

He would explain the story behind the figure.

He never read his slide line by line like most presenters do. He made his slides as visual aids in order to support his story.

He did not make the audience focus their attention on the slide only. He made them capture the slide quickly, and then refocus their attention on what was saying.
