In july 2016, NFL released a new policy to discipline teams which violate the concussion protocol. The above stated protocol is a sufficient and necessary step that has been adopted by NFL for the protection of its players both past and present. The lawsuit against concussion was first filed by Kevin Turner which proved successful. This is a safe and sufficient method to guard the players against concussion. It is a safety tool to protect players and their family members from the mental trauma they undergo. It is the most important way to strenghthen the emotional and psychological space of the concerned player and their family members. I , strongly support this new policy and many such related policies should be formulated to build a healthy and sustainable environment in the field of football and other sports.
