Your company provide several mobile productivity apps for employees so they can access the company network and collaborate while working from home,Waiting for trains and during the other times when they are away from their desk.The apps work well but lately you noticed some of your employee using them during meeting and presentation to work on project not related to those events,You explain to several employees that this behavior can be considered rude to speaker and fellow team members but your employee protested that they have mountain of work to do and meetings are sometimes a waste of time .Explain how to respond to this dilemma

Explanation / Answer

Dilema can be resolved by explaining to the employee the benefits of using the app. In will explain to employee the benefits of app in managing the time but will warn them against the rude behavior of not paying attention during the meetings. I will issue an advice that meetings require increased cooperation and understanding of employees. If things didn't improve I will take strict action against the employee behaving in rude and improper manner.
