Nichole Sparkles was a well-known singer and actor who had starred in many musical and dramatic films. Nichole entered into a contract with Universal Studios to play the lead role in an upcoming musical entitled "The Singing Girl," set to film in Hollywood. Nichole was going to be paid $1 million dollars for her performance.

   After entering the contract, Universal decided not to make "The Singing Girl," and offered Nichole the lead role in another movie, a Western drama entitled "Silver Spurs" set to film in Austraila. Universal also agreed to pay Nichole the same $1 million dollars for her performance. Nichole refused to appear in "Silver Spurs" and sued Universal for breach of contract and the full $1 million dollar promise.

   Considering the obligation to mitigate your losses, do you think Nichole can recover the full $1 million dollars?
