As  this approach is not localised because it is used only to the home country and cost control is not fulfilled by localised as well as it is ethnocentric which is not fulfilled by globalized.

2 : This approach to global marketing practices audience based decisionmaking and practices which marketing is known as Localisation. As this approach is not globalisation because it does not work for single market where as it is taken into account audience based decision making whereas in the case of standardisation proper source decision making is an utmost important.
