Mr. Charlie ,

          Like many US companies our company is also considering employing an at home call center agents for three days a week .Based on my reaserch and growing workforce of bussiness i think that it would be a smart decision for our company.there are many benifits of it -

1 Reduces cost - if employee is working at home he only need a headset a computer and a internet connection no matter where he is located . There will be zero cost of maintance of premises ,operational cost ,real estate etc.

    2. choose the best - Sir we will be able to choose from the larger pool of candidates . and shell get most talented ones.

3. 24/7 Support : if employees will work from home they will be able to provide 24/7 support .because they are spred over the globe.

In addition to above points allowing employees to work from home will ensure the continuity of business, ensure job satisfaction to employees ,increase in productivity of empolees etc.
