Point i) (a) since this is the hand-over stage, the main objective is clearness; there should not be any doubt or ambiguity in the mind of recipient. (b) Main reference is the test-report, which is done in different locations in different ways; this thing establishes that the highway is flawless. (c) The recipient or stakeholder is the main focus in this project – after all the person has to satisfy with the project.

Point ii) In such ceremony the highway should be visited. This should be done by me and the recipient – I must show the person the main areas of highway. Once this is done, the highway should be inaugurated and should hand-over it to the recipient.

Point iii) The intention should be very clear – everything must be clearly stated in the ceremony like, where is the mishap in the highway, what type of materials are used, etc. This thing removes doubts. There may be so many people-gathering in the ceremony; their questions must be properly addressed.
