Explanation / Answer

As a business leader I think finding alternative energy resources has become very essential today to manage any business sustanably.

Why I think this is a hot topic:

Companies all over the world increasingly innovating new products and market all over the world. This need energy at every stage. Right from conception of an idea to make prodduct available in the global market.

Ecoomic progress of any country is also determined by total energy consumption.

Energy in todays world generally comes from Fossil fuels (petroleum). Stocks of theses resources are controlled by an oligopoly of few coutries. These countries when struggle with political stabilty create demand-supply mismatch. Global economies also suffer due to political rivalry between countries.

These fuels also pollute environment and burning issues like global warming arise due to this.

Hence, it has become madatory for all businesses to have effective energy solutions. Tesla an initiative by Elon Musk and many other business heads is working very eagerly to find solutions. Example- By harnessing solar and other forms of energy at affordable rates. Also many governments giving subsidy to encurage these efforts.

The potential solution to this problem is holistic and collaborative efforts by best of technicians in the world backed by financially strong organizations. New and better technology has a potential to reduce income inequality, reduce poverty and increasing economic output without affecting environment, bio life and natural balance of geography.
