Cultural factors sometimes act as a bigger challenge for the manager because the people, the team members behave differently then what was expected in an certain situation, this parity or difference in the expectation is because of different peer groups. Around the world people from different areas have different opinions based on there interaction with there own peer group, and this peer group is associated with different cultural and regional beleifs. So the biggest challenge in front of a manger is to train or interact, or manage people who have have different set of values, norms and basic assumptions in life. Now in order to interact a manager should be open to learn the values, the norms of other people in order to understand there behaviour.
