In this ancient world, men seem to be freer to do as they please (without fear of reprisal from society) when it comes to, for example, coupling with women, while women seem not to be afforded the same freedom Have we evolved as a society since the ancient world-i.e., are women now treated more equally to men, or does a brazen double standard still Dashboard

Explanation / Answer

Every country propose campaigns on Gender equality, but the bitter truth is, despite of this campaigns, ads and public awareness, the gender inequality largely exists in our society. Women empowerment approach may help the women to move forward in many fields but though they are not treated equal to men. Gender inequality include social, economic, political and legal interpretation that lead to inequality between both sexes. For example: In 2016, women working full time in the United States typically were paid just 80 percent of what men were paid, a gap of 20 percent. That is, for every dollar earned by a man working full-time, year-round, a woman working full-time, year-round earns $0.76. Women of color fare even worse.
