a) It's around 2 points
b) As one's own side of the field is on the left side of the horizontal axis,so onw will start at around -0.25 value and keep increasing his value to about 1.25,so one would have gained 1.25-(-0.25) = 1.5 points.
c) The value of the opponent having the ball on the 50 yard line is the negative of one's value of having the ball on the 50 yard line.So,one would go from a value of around 2 points to a value of -2 points in which case he would lose 2-(-2) = 4 points.
