LC50 is Lethal concentration of material i.e concentration with which 50% of test indiciduals die

here for species A, LC50 is 1 ug/L as mortality at that concentration is 50% i.e 50 out of 100 individuals of that species dies at that concentration.

For species B, LC50 is 50 ug/L as mortality at that concentration is 50% i.e 50 out of 100 individuals of that species dies at that concentration.
