Supporters argue that this is necessary to prevent employers from intimidating employees into voting against union certification during the organizing drive. Opponents claim this legislation would take away workers' rights to a secret-ballot election and may leave them vulnerable to coercion from union organizers to sign authorization cards, and secret ballot elections are one of America's basic rights. I would vote in favour. The reason is labour unions have lost their significance during recent years in usa. This is worrying situation because it reduces welfare and say of employees. On the other hand in other countries like France labour unions are quite strong. In order to make labour unions strong and relevant such piece of legislation is need of the hour. They need to show progress to labour to convince them for support of institution of labour unions.
