1.a) In this instance,the reward offer issed by the Ace Ltd. represents a case or example of unilateral contract as the monetary reward stated by the company would be offered to any one of its employee who can solve the Brag problem.Hence,the reward offered by the company does not apply to multiple number of employee at the same time or any composite group of employee within the organization.

c) In this case,if Ace Ltd. cancel the Brag product and the reward before the specified deadline of 1 April under the contract,it would be considered as breach of contract under the unilateral contract system.Since,the company already cancelled the product and the monetary reward before the specified deadline of April 1st without priorly notifying the concerned employee in the office.Now,Ed already solved the problem before the pre-specified deadline and based on the unilateral contractual terms,the company is obligated to pay Ed his deserved monetary reward.But the company took the decision suddenly and would refuse to pay him the reward as it abruptly cancelled the entire offer alltogether.Therefore,based on the unilateral contractual code of conduct and the breach of terms,Ed is entitled to undertake legal actions against Ace Ltd. and recieve the monetary benefits offered by the company intially for the completed work.

b) Notice that based on the contractual terms,the reward is only applicable to the employee of the company of Ace Ltd.Cid is married to an employee of the company and started working on the solution but he is not a direct employee of the company based on the information given.Furthermore,observe that Cid has started working on the solution but has not completed the work entirely to be eligible for the monetary reward as yet.Even if he completes the work before or by the stated deadline he won't be legally eligible to take any action against the company for not directly paying him the monetary reward as he is not an employee of the organization.
