1. Based on the evidence Mortenson's work seems to be fraud from a financial standpoint, as his exorbitant spending with CAI money was used for his personal expenditure. However, I do think this vision is real when it comes to helping Central Asia.

2. The conduct of CAI board shows that they believe Mortenson was defrauding the company, because they wouldn't have removed him from his CEO position if they thought he wasn't.

3. The conduct of Mortenson was worse because he was misappropriting funcs of CAI.
