Has it changed over time? 5) Assigning tasks What are the different tasks of the different members? 1. Boundaries.
Boundaries define the conceptual distinctions made by social actors…that separate people into groups and generate feelings of similarity and group membership.
People who are having good sense of humour and having multi talented skills will belong to our social group. Happy going persons.
People who become often serious, not loyal, always gloomy, showing attitude wont belong to our group.
2. Leaders
May be the person having dare to handle situations and speak to anyone wil be our leader.
3.making decisions
Decision is made by discussing outcomes of various solutions and one is being chosen. All should be aware of the decision.
4. Goals
Goals are to be united ever despite many hurdles and its never changes.
5. Assigning tasks
Task assignment depends on the individual's plus points and their skills. If we want to bring out the hidden skills of any member we can assign them a task which they are nt aware that they can handle.
6. Controlling
All members should be abided to the integrity which is most important. Warnings upto 3 levels can be issued followed by terminatiib of membership
