Enhancing students'employbility competences-
1.University Cocurricular activities increase the ability how to talk ,how to lead,how to manage,how to take quick decision,increase confidence,.these qualities are very importent for empoloybility.
2.with academic as well as cocurricular activities increase the employbility quality of the student.
3.Through academic activities like case study ,market survey,as well as cocurriculam activities creat management as well as decision making power ,which creat employbility.
4.In UG & PG level, there are 6 to 8 week traing time ,in which we learn the actual condition of working and practical approching of the subject knowlege .
Factors for promoting students' employbility.
1.The university should prepare their students according the requirment of the business sector.
2. The perfect partenership between university and business sector fill the gape between oportunity and ability .so unemployment problem easily solve.
3.policy maker,employers,and faculty should take responsibility,of preparing students according the demand of business sector.
4. Employers are the provider of job opportunity.so they should be directly related with the university;s curriculam designing and methodlogy of teaching selection.
5. in Soudi petrol is the main production,so technical workers are require there,specialy petrolium engineer,machanical engineer,etc.
6. For Saudi Labour market students should be highly qualified in technical and skillfull,they should have practiacl approch.
7.For increasing employbiliy they provide them training ,both technical as well as enhancing personality.
8. If I will be the leader of the university,I would like to do some changes in the syllabus ,it should be more practical career oriented.The exam system should also change ,it should be objective not subjective or theortical.
The gate of higher education should not open for every body before giving admision ,ability as well as psychological test shoul be conducted.
9.before taking admision in the higher education ,students vision ,mission,and motive should be clear.If target is not fixed path can not be clear.
10. One job opportunity can employe only one unemployed person.But a self employment opportunity can give create many employment opportunities
11. Corruption,redtapism,creat problems between employee and employers.Actual capable person not able to get right job due to corruption
