Turbidity is a measurement of water clarity that depends on the presence of total dissolved solids. It is based on the amount of light scattered by particles in water column. The clarity of water is affected by the amount of sunlight penetrated.

In the given fig, Lake B has greater percent sunlight with depth compared to Lake A. Thus the Lake B has greater turbidity than Lake B. With depth penetration of light decreases and water gets calm resulting in decreasing turbidity.
