Explanation / Answer

The table shows the relation between reading scores and degrees attained by parents.if we look at first row it is clear that reading scores of parents who have no secondary school degree is 0.168 as compared to parents atleast one of them has secondary school degree is low i.e 0.113.The interpretation of this is that parents having low qualifictaion do well in reading scores.

Row second can be interpreted as parents who have no secondary degree have high math scores as compared to those atleast one of them having secondary degree.

those parents fails to clear secondary school are neither degree holders. they showed negative results as is shown in row third and fourth.
