2) Medicare is canada's health care system.

3) payment to Physician will be decided by ministry and provincial medical associations

4) NHI is delivered through a publicly funded health care system

5)It follows the provisions of the Canada Health Act of 1984

India: Indian Health Service

1) government health services are available to all citizens under the tax-financed public system.
