IN THE FIRST CASE IF WE APPROACH THE GOVERNMENT THEN THE RESULT WOULD BE THAT FOR BREAKING THE RULES AND LAW THE COMPANY WILL HAVE TO PAY FINE OR IT MIGHT BE BANNED FROM OPERATIONS. HOWEVER IN THIS SITUATION THE WHISTLE BLOWER WILL LOOSE HIS JOB DEFINITELY.
IN THE SECOND SITUATION YES WE CAN GIVE THE DETAILS TO AN EMIRATI ENVIRONMENTAL GROUP WHICH WILL IF IT IS WORKING HONESTLY, EXPOSE THE COMPANY AND ITS ILLEGAL DUMPING. IT MAY MAKE A MOVE ON ITS OWN TO FILE A CASE AGAINST THE COMPANY OR LAUNCH A CAMPAIGN AGAINST THE COMPANY TO PREVENT IT FROM DUMPING THE WASTE IN SEA.
THE THIRD OPTION IS VERY USUAL FOR AN EMPLOYEE, BECAUSE IF HE TRIES TO INTERFERE HE WILL LOSE HIS JOB AND HENCE YES HE SHOULD KEEP QUITE IF HE IS A PERSON FOR WHOM JOB IS DEAR.
FROM MY POINT OF VIEW THE BEST OPTION IS O IMMEDIATELY INFORM THE GOVERNMENT ABOUT THIS ILLEGAL DUMPING OF THE WASTE IN THE SEA. ALSO IT IS GOOD TO MAKE ETHICAL BEHAVIOR BECAUSE IT BRINGS SEVERAL BENEFITS CUSTOMERS VALUE MORE SUCH COMPANIES, EMPLOYEES ALSO PREFER COMPANIES THAT FOLLOW ETHICS, INVESTORS ARE AGAIN HAPPY AND RELUCTANT TO INVEST IN THE COMPANIES WITH GOOD ETHICAL BEHAVIOR AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY. AGAIN ETHICS MAKES A COMPANY VALUABLE IN THE YES OF THE GOVERNMENT AS WELL.
AGAIN AS A RESPONSIBLE PERSON WHO CARES FOR THE FELLOW HUMAN BEINGS AND NATURE WE SHOULD STAND UP AND FIGHT THE ILLEGAL DUMPING OF THE WASTE IN THE SEA WATER. ALSO IT I OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PRESERVE THE NATURE AND SAVE IT FROM DESTRUCTION. SO ETHICALLY IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE EMPLOYEE TO INFORM THE GOVERNMENT.
